Youth Alive has existed since 1982 and has seen more than 300,000 teenagers make faith commitments nation-wide. At our core we exist to REACH young people with the gospel, RAISE up leaders, and RESOURCE churches. Ultimately, we are here to support, strengthen and REVIVE youth ministries across the nation, and to future-proof the church by offering development pathways for young leaders to grow into great leaders, experienced in leading young people to Christ, discipling and multiplying the believers around them.
We are excited to expand our core operating model in NSW to now offer another layer of support to the Youth Ministries we serve. We want to help resource the vision of Youth Ministries who are believing to reach teenagers in their local areas. For many Youth Ministries, we know that your vision may be bigger than your resource. This is where this fund comes in…. Youth Alive NSW has raised finances through individuals and churches who believe in the next generation, and because of their generosity, we are now able to offer grants of between $1000 and $5000 to help local youth ministries reach more teenagers.
In the Bible, David used a slingshot to take out Goliath. If you’ve got something big you’re believing to do, this fund can help provide the stones you need to take down a giant.
We are believing that this fund will help successful applicants turn the tide in their Youth Ministry.

ELIGIBILITY & DESIRED APPLICANTS

The primary focus of the Youth Alive Youth Ministry Evangelism Fund is to support Youth Ministries in NSW to grow their Youth Ministry through evangelistic events and programs.
There are two grant streams available;

Small Grants - $1000 to $2000

  • The Youth Alive Youth Ministry Evangelism Fund provides a maximum of 75% of the total project/program cost.

Large Grants - $2000 to $5000

  • The Youth Alive Youth Ministry Evangelism Fund provides a maximum of 50% of the total project/program cost.

HOW TO APPLY

Step 1 – Read the Selection Criteria
The first step is to gain an understanding of the selection criteria. This will help you to develop an idea that fits within the requirements of the grant.

Step 2 – Complete and Submit Your Application
Use the following checklist to help prepare an application for grant funding:

  • Carefully read the selection criteria.
  • Ensure you respond to all the selection criteria in full.
  • Complete the application form online. All applications must be submitted through the Fund’s website.
  • Each application must be completed in full, including a budget and detailed plans for the activity, signed off by your Senior Pastor (or their representative).
  • Attach the required supporting documentation, including quotes for any capital expenditure.
