YOUTH ALIVE NSW - EVENT CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

PARENTAL/GUARDIAN OR YOUTH MINISTRY AGREEMENT:

By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to and understand the following:

Transportation
The procurer (parent/guardian) of this/these tickets gives permission for their child/ren to travel via a bus/car/van to and from the location/s advertised for this ticket and at the date and times advertised for this ticket. If a youth ministry/Church is the procurer of these tickets, they are taking full responsibility to ensure permission has been given by the parents/guardians of u/18 children who are ticket holders attending Youth Alive.

Medical treatment, injury, damage, stolen goods
As the parent/guardian I agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Youth Alive NSW, its staff and volunteers against any and all claims arising from, or in connection with, any injury, accident, misfortune, damage and loss that may occur to myself or my child/ren and/or my/their property, equipment or personal effects while present at the event, within the event premises, including any injury that my child/ren may cause to another person.

Where necessary, I agree that Youth Alive NSW may authorise on my or my child/ren’s behalf whatever medical treatment that may be required (including, but not limited to, ambulance attendance and hospital treatment) at any time. I agree to pay all medical expenses incurred as a result. I understand that every effort will be made for the emergency contact(s) listed above to be notified before instituting such procedures.

If a youth ministry/Church is the procurer of these tickets, they are agreeing to the same terms and conditions as outlined above for the teenagers in their care.

Activities Consent
The procurer (parent/guardian) of this/these tickets gives permission for their child/ren to participate in any activities they choose to at the NSW Youth Alive ‘All of Us’ event and accepts the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with the event.

If a youth ministry/Church is the procurer of these tickets, they are agreeing to the same terms and conditions as outlined above for the teenagers in their care.

Photography & Video Consent:
The procurer (parent/guardian) of this/these tickets gives permission for their child/ren to be captured in both photographs and video at ‘All of Us’. Youth Alive NSW reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes. Youth Alive ‘All of Us’ Event may be filmed and/or recorded by or on behalf of Youth Alive NSW for reproduction and/or resale. It is a condition of entry that each audience waives any claim he or she might have in relation to inclusion of their likeness in such films or recordings.

If a youth ministry/Church is the procurer of these tickets, they are agreeing to the same terms and conditions as outlined above for the teenagers in their care.

Terms and conditions of entry:
The procurer (parent/guardian) and attendee understands that this is an alcohol, vape and drug-free event, and any of these substances found (either at the gate or during the event)  will be confiscated. Any other illegal or illicit items will also be confiscated and the carrier of any illegal items may be denied entry to the event.  The procurer (parent/guardian) and attendee understands this is an all ages event and agrees to all of NSW Youth Alive’s terms and conditions stated here and at the gate of entry.
